Life without love is....
no life at all...
Mahal na asawa ko...lahat ang aking puso ay iyong-iyo at walang hanggang ang pagibig ko ito.

Kahit ano...mahal na mahal kita shempre ko....




There are moments in life when you miss someone
so much that you just want to pick them from
your dreams and hug them for real!

When the door of happiness closes, another opens; but often times we look so long at the
closed door that we don't see the one, which has been opened for us.

Don't go for looks; they can deceive.
Don't go for wealth; even that fades away.
Go for someone who makes you smile, because it takes only a smile to
make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile.

Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go;
be what you want to be, because you have only one life
and one chance to do all the things you want to do.

May you have enough happiness to make you sweet,
enough trials to make you strong,
enough sorrow to keep you human and enough hope to make you happy.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past;
you can't go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life so at the end,you're the one who is smiling and everyone
around you is crying.
Don't count the years-count the memories...........

To the Unknown God

“Ma’am!” Nonoy’s usually sparkling eyes were troubled and the sparkle was gone, and his voice was hushed almost to a whisper. “I saw a witch last night!”
I stopped preparing the black-board for class and turned to look at him and saw that he really meant it. “A witch? Are you sure?”
“Yes ma’am!!” he answered very emphatically and turned to share a few words with his classmates who were starting to show up and sit at their desks and listen. They all sat solemnly and looked at me.
Well, here's a taste of my much missed life in the Philippines. If you would like to read more of my stories posted here on LJ, let me know by leaving me a comment requesting to be in the "Mission Experiences" friends filter! I'm doing it this way so I won't be crowding out all of your friend's pages if you don't have time to read these. I will put all of my mission stories under an LJ cut to save space, even if you are on the mission filter. =]

Okay peoples....

I'm going to start using this as my icon journal, too, but the key is that any icon posts I make are going to be under a "icon friends" filter, so if you want me to add you to that filter, leave me a comment saying so, and I will add you to it! If you are not already on my friend's list, give me a comment asking to be added for the icons. If you are wanting to be friends, but not just for icons, comment on my previous public post as stated in that post. Then you can always comment here too saying you would like to be in the "icon friends" filter as well.
Note: If you do not comment here to be added to the icon filter, I will not know to add you, so no hurt feelings if you don't comment & I don't add you. =]


These icons will be celebrity free, so no movie themes. Mainly nature icons, with perhaps aircraft or other mechanical devices, and there will be patriotic themes thrown in now-and-then.
Here's a few teasers-you will see these again in a later post....enjoy! =]
